Please keep all discussion and speculation to the events of Part 5 (Chapters 17-21).

No spoiler tags required. Though it would be highly appreciated if you Uncheck Add to my Update Feed to avoid accidentally spoiling this for your good read friends.

Please do not discuss events from later chapters/books. Referring back to events from a previous section/book is fine.

Bill | 1596 comments There seems to be oddities with the selection of sitters in both the white tower and rebel faction. So either the black ajah are putting their people in places of power or there is an unknown faction working together in both groups.

Yeah, I can't keep them all straight. It's definitely suspicious.

I do find it interesting that a faction in the rebels is pushing for an alliance with the black tower.

Bill | 1596 comments Yeah doesn't add up. Think there must be about 300 factions in the Aes Sedai alone.

Sumant | 522 comments I think these chapters were definitely better than Elayne chapters, so the rebel faction under Egwene are agreeing to the fact that they must link with ashaman to counter the dark one.

Also the rebel faction has a serious problem regarding the no of deaths Aes sedai and their warders are suffering but Egwene is not taking it seriously.

Also Egwene is pushing for a truce with white tower but her conditions are quite stringent where in she wants Elaida to be removed.

Alvirian is shocked when she tries to boss Elaida around but she does not budge, when she tells Mesana about that she doesn't give a damn.

When Mesana thinks of doing away with Alvirian, Shaidar Haran appears and saves the day for her and I think makes Alvirian head of black ajah.
