Chapter 3
I have the audio version and I listened to chapter 3 multiple times and I'm intelligent, but don't understand a lot of the terminology. I understand that our emotions and physical have to be on the same wave for our brain to make meaningful changes?
That's what I think it meant, but I'm guessing and would like to know if anyone else is having the same experience?
