This is quite a good list, makes me think of the ones that I haven’t done yet – kind of like a bucket list. I could add a few lines of things that I have done that I think are quintessentially Australian activities:

Camped on the beach

Been referred to or called someone a Bogan
Given a friendly steering wheel wave to oncoming vehicles in the outback
Seen a crocodile in the wild
Cooked or eaten a hot Christmas lunch/dinner while it’s 35⁰C outside
Stood out in the rain because it hasn’t rained for awhile
