Sean O'Hara (seanohara) | 2365 comments On 22 April, geeks from around the country will be gathering in DC and other cities to show support for science in the face of an increasingly hostile political environment. (If you disagree with this premise, that's great, but please try not to derail the thread.) I'm sure this is an issue dear to many people here -- and in fact, it probably affects several members' jobs -- so I figure local S&L brigades might use this as an opportunity for gatherings. Since this is going to be such a big event, it'll be an opportunity for people who live outside the major cities to justify making a trip.

Good luck (from the UK, which is why I am not travelling that far!)
My only problem is a suspicion that you are doing this too soon - you won't change Trump's mind (even if you can find where he has hidden it) so this sort of campaign might be better waiting until even the present Trump supporters start to see what a disaster they have created.
