What to do in this case?

Whilst cleaning up some entries, I came across a kindle book that clearly displayed a wrong cover (different title and author).

Upon checking, it was imported this way by a bot, and when checking the entry on Amazon, it has the wrong cover there too.

So, what is to be done in this case? Remove the cover because it's clearly for a different book? Or just leave it?

Amazon has put up this warning:

"Item Under Review
This book is currently unavailable because there are significant quality issues with the source file supplied by the publisher.

The publisher has been notified and we will make the book available as soon as we receive a corrected file. As always, we value customer feedback."

When I scrolled through the Click Inside, the text changed to German. I can't gather which is correct for the description, the cover or the title/author. (Another instance where it would be so nice if Amazon notified Goodreads as well...)
