I don't deal with them. Seriously, I ignore most of the negative reviews I get, focusing on the things they didn't like. If there's nothing I can fix without ruining the story, then I don't worry about it.
Now, that being said, this thread type has been opened, and closed, many times on this board. So to avoid future conflicts, and people ignoring the no negativity rule, we're going to be closing it. Way to easy for threads like this to become toxic.
