Woot! Alrighty.
So, hit me with your recent cravings. >:)
So, hit me with your recent cravings. >:)

Guy A is a nineteen year old father. He's had a baby with a girl in his past relationship. She left him soon after the baby was born. Guy A was left with a son/daughter to take care off all on his own. He threw away his teenage life for the child, and being a single father was tough. One day, he takes his child to the mall where he had hoped to hang out for a bit with a couple of his friends. But the child soon wanders off and sat on a strangers lap. This stranger is Girl A and the toddler had started playing with her until Guy A came towards them. He apologizes and they chat for a bit and Girl A is completely convinced that the child is Guy A’s little sibling. Guy A doesn't deny her assumption because he is afraid she will stop talking to him if she finds out the truth.
During the day, Girl A and Girl B are the picture perfect daughters, they’re Daddy’s little princesses by day. However, they aren’t as perfect as everyone makes them seem. Both girls are no strangers to local parties and bars. They sneak out late at night and often get in trouble without their father knowing. The night was going pretty well. Guy A and Guy B are new in town. They are the classic example of a dad’s worst nightmare for his daughters. The girls run into them at the town's annual block party. One thing leads to another and Girl A and Girl B find themselves way too interested by these two new guys. Possible pregnancies, drug addictions, run ins with the cops, ect. How will the girls’ father react to this? {this doesn’t need to be doubles}
Guy A and Girl A would never talk while actually at school. Neither comes from a great home life, there are a lot of drugs, alcohol, abuse, and fighting involved in both households, which is tough on both kids. They also happen to be neighbors. Outside of school, they’re pretty good friends. They tell each other everything because they know the other will understand. They’ve also had a few hook ups here and there, but nothing there’s nothing too romantic about their relationship. As their luck only seems to get worse, the two become closer. They talk about things like running away together, whether they actually do it or not is up to us.
Girl A is in rehab for self harm and bulimia. Guy A is in rehab for attempted suicide. Both of them are very messed up and during their endless help groups and group therapy sessions, the two have an interest in one another. They continue to bond throughout rehab and make plans to keep in touch outside of rehab, If they ever manage to heal enough to get out.
So this is kind of like The Fault in Our Stars. There's Guy A (in his early twenties) whose only real family member is his grandmother. She has stage four brain caner, and passes away. They guy, obviously distraught, is in the hospital cafeteria after her death, and that's when he meets Girl A. Girl A has cancer. Whether it be terminal or not, she's been given a wish by the Make a Wish foundation. Her wish is to travel the world. And while her doctors determine whether she is healthy enough to do this, Girl A and Guy A start talking, and eventually become friends. She invites him to travel the world together. They make a crazy bucket list and travel the world together, eventually falling in love and all of that cutesy stuff.
A young married couple. They got married right out of high school, despite the disapproval from both families. Everyone knows that most young marriages don't last. And yes, these two have their problems (fighting, not much money, ect) but they make it work most of the time. So there's a lot of flexibility in this plot. Maybe they could be trying to have kids, or maybe they already have a young toddler and another on the way, and we just roleplay out their normal lives, adding drama where it's necessary.
I also like the idea of having a group of friends (so we might have 2-4 characters each) and they are college aged and they just do a bunch of crazy, fun, drunken things. Maybe they get in trouble with the police, relationships form between some of the friends, sex, drugs, whatever we can possibly think of :P
Girl A's boyfriend committed suicide. It was sudden, traumatic, and sad. The girl is in a state of shock and depression, unable to believe he is gone. Guy A was the suicidal boys best friend. He feels guilty for his best friends death because he wasn't able to help him out more. Girl A and Guy A know each other already, but they start talking once again at the funeral for their lost loved one. Over time, feelings between the two develop as they bond through their sadness and as they try to keep the fallen boy's spirit as alive as they can.
I've also been watching military reunion videos a lot and I find them extremely adorable. So maybe a soldier coming home to his baby who he has never met. And maybe he has PTSD from the war and stuff.
A band. I don't really have a plot for this, I just have never done one and they look kind of fun haha.
And that's what I've got (: feel free to suggest something completely different if you have something in mind.
Aha, I actually like the first one. :)
I don't really have anything specific, but I think a one night stand would also be cool with a pregnancy, yenno? But I like both ideas, haha.

Would you prefer high school aged or adult aged?
I think high - school aged would add a little more drama, haha. XD

Ah, the best friends would be perfect. :')
Who'd you like to play? :)
Who'd you like to play? :)

I'll be the guy if that's alright with you.

Nickname(s):Car, Carsty {really hates that one}, Tommo, Toms, Lil Toms
Age: 17
Birthplace: Portsmouth, England
Birthday: December 24
Appearance

Height: 6'2
Eye Color: Blue
Personality: You either like Carsten or you don't, that is usually how it works. He's loud, maybe a little too loud for his own good, and you either find that funny or incredibly annoying. Carsten always has something to add, whether it be a joke or even just a comment. He will talk to most people, making him very outgoing. Carsten enjoys social events like parties, concerts, ect. Carsetn doesn't care about what people think of him and he's happy that way. Carsten, for the most part, is a content person, happy with his life. Yeah, his grades suck and his family life isn't perfect, but he has an awesome best friend, a good chance at making it to a division one school due to soccer, and he isn't stressed about much. Being happy is the way to be, in Carsten's opinion.
History: Carsten was the second born in the Tommo family. He doesn't have much of an exciting history. His parents got divorced when Carsten was 11, and his mother took Carsten and his older brother with her to America after many long custody battles. As of now, Carsten doesn't have much of a relationship with his dad and he doesn't talk to his mother unless he needs something. His older brother is at University and is currently doing a semester abroad back home in England.
Other: Plays soccer
((That's fine! He looks great already! ^^))

While most kids at the time entertained themselves with plush toys and gabbed out nonsensical words, Mauve was already at the pace of reading a chapter book by herself. Though she was ultimately superior to the rest of her age group, it set her back considerably on friendship. No one ever wanted to be friends with a girl who could answer every question asked by their teacher correctly. Thankfully, it was only fate that Mauve met Carsten at the age of 11. The new kid, he was what brought Mauve to reluctantly accept the joys of parties and laughter at perverted jokes. Having been friends with him for five years, however, Mauve's feelings for him have erupted to a more intimate stage. Her denial always comes strong, though. She couldn't possibly be crushing on her best friend.[ʟ ɪ ᴋ ᴇ s ▸ Tumblr, indie rock, playing the piano.

So how should we get this started? I was thinking maybe them arriving to the party together and drinking a bit. Or we can start the morning after when they wake up in the same bed and start to piece things together.
He's beautiful! :)
I think the morning after sounds good, aha. We could use the arrival and all that as flashbacks when they try to recall what the hell happened. x)

Perfect! Would you like me to start? It would give me a good excuse to stop studying for Ap World haha

Yeah, that'd be perfect, thanks! :')
Yeah, that'd be perfect, thanks! :')

Carsten rolled over onto his other side, trying to avoid the light that was threatening to wake him up completely. It was the weekend, at least he assumed it was the weekend, and therefore he refused to wake up before 10 am. He just wouldn't do it. Carsten is a teenage boy and you better believe he enjoys sleeping more than most things. It comes in at a close second, only behind eating.
But when he rolled into something, or rather someone, warm, he was forced out of his drowsy state. At first he assumed it was his dog, Callie. But whatever he just bumped into didn't feel like his beloved dog. He finally open his eyes, blinking a few times to try and adjust to the light that is currently flooding in. Having blue eyes, his eyes are extremely sensitive light, something Carsten found extremely annoying. And whoever decided to make up blue eyed people can see better in the dark was an idiot. Carsten even tested out the theory himself. He ended up getting a cut above his eye from bumping into a door.
The room was unfamiliar to Carsten, now that he was looking around. It appeared to be way nicer than his own home. As he looked around the room, bits and pieces from last night start to come back to him. Showing up with Mauve, the beer pong, the girls, coming upstairs. Based on how clothes were thrown around the room, he guessed it was a pretty good time.
Carsten slowly started to sit up, his head feeling heavy. He attempted to rub at his temples but it does nothing for his raging hangover. Deciding there was no need to stick around much longer, Carsten slowly get out of the bed, putting on his clothes in whatever order he found them in.
It was when Carsten saw the girl in the bed that he stopped what he was doing, his shirt halfway on as he stared at the girl who he had sex with last night. She wasn't ugly, far from it actually. Appearance wasn't the problem.
It was Mauve.
"Holy fucking shit," he muttered, running a hand through his hair, as he realized what had happened.
Carsten had sex with his best friend.
((I did this on my phone so I really have no idea if it's long or short haha. Hope it's okay! Sorry for any typos or anything (: ))
The sound of birds twittering cheerfully outside was what irritated Mauve's ears and forced her quite unkindly to open her eyes, only to be met with the assault of the hideous rays of sunshine that streamed through the gaps of the blinds which framed the window. She automatically groaned, rolling over on her stomach and digging her countenance into her pillow as she took in content breaths. The sudden notice of her pain, however, brought her attention to consciousness. Her head was pounding mercilessly, no doubt the result of the beer bottles that scattered the floor. She raised a quivering hand to her temple, starting to rub at the skin in small, slow circles when the floor brought her to closer introspection.
That top... wasn't she wearing that yesterday? And those shorts definitely belonged to her. She knew them all too well since she had gotten them on sale at the mall last month. A soft gasp drew from Mauve as she slowly looked down at herself. A hesitant peek through the covers confirmed it. The clothes did belong to her. The only question she now had in mind was why she was naked as the day she was born?
A new pain ignited her mind to notice that it had originated from... down there. "Oh God," Mauve whispered. No, this couldn't be. This would never have happened to her, of all people. She was a good girl. Always the girl who'd pay attention in class, get good grades. She always listened to her parents and her parents never expected anything of her to come out terrible on her record because Mauve had never been the kind of person to cause trouble. But now..."Holy fucking shit... "The voice was too familiar for Mauve to not recognize it. How many times had she heard that same voice tease her countless times? How many times had she heard that same voice stand up for her when those bitchy girls would always get to her?
"C-Carsten?" His name escaped from Mauve's lips in disbelief. She clutched the covers to her body tightly, clinging onto them as if they could save her from the situation she was facing. She shook her head slowly, still in shock. "No... no, this has to be a joke... "
((Aha, same with me and mobile, haha. x.x Your post was perfect, don't even worry about it! ^^))

Mauve woke up before Carsten could think of what to tell her. He knew it would be wrong to leave, this wasn’t just some girl. Mauve is his best friend. He tried not to think about the possibility that he just messed everything up between them. Usually, after nights like last night, Carsten would wake up and just leave before the girl ever woke up. Harsh, yes, but a one night stand is a one night stand after all, no strings attached. Carsten has woken up to an empty bed before as well, and yeah it’s a little hurtful the first few times, but then you get over it. Carsten doesn’t even give it a second thought anymore.
But this wasn’t Carsten’s average one night stand and he had no idea what to think, do, say, anything. How are you supposed to react to something like this? Of course he was mortified that they slept together. He and Mauve. No. That didn’t happen. They just… Decided to take off their clothes and then fall asleep in the same bed. That’s what Carsten concluded. Obviously that’s not what happened, what happened was a lot more complicated than that. And instead of try to problem solve, Carsten just stood there, his head pounding harder by the minute which discouraged him from thinking even further. Mauve would know what to do, she always did.
Carsten looked at her as she said his name. He didn’t know what to say. It’s hard to find a time when Carsten is lost for words, but he definitely was in this situation. “I, um… Yeah,” was the intelligent answer he managed to put together.
He used to tease her about being so innocent sheltered, but Carsten never imagined that he would be her first time. Her first time. Carsten’s first time wasn’t a big deal to him, he didn’t care. But girls tend to be a lot more sentimental about these kinds of things. Despite the jokes, he knew it was important to her. And he and his drunken self took that all away from her.
“I-“ What do you say to your best friend after you wake up next to them. “Shit, I’m- I’m so sorry,” he said, his hands fumbling with the bottom of his shirt. “Are you, um, are you okay?” he asked, hating how awkward he sounded. He was always so sure of himself, but now, he had no idea what to do.
He messed up.
Of all the emotions that Mauve had ever felt, guilt was never one of them. Always obedient and treading safely behind the line of rebellion, Mauve never dared to hesitate when she was given a set of rules to follow. Good conduct meant no trouble which always was a good thing. Growing up with Maureen, her older sister who always encouraged her to step out of the box and live life a little, Mauve's parents were especially surprised to see no explosions of rage escape from their younger daughter, considering that they had struggled to deal with Maureen's spasmodic bouts of aggression. But Mauve turned out to be different, passive and always
maintaining an acquiescent attitude.
No sort of trouble ever erupted from their younger daughter and thus they had learned to accept that no sort of trouble would ever follow from her in the future.
Boy, were they in for a surprise now.
"Carsten... did we really... you know... do it?" This was Mauve's way of keeping shituations from overwhelming her. Keep on denying and asking over and over in a way that prevented her from confirming the horror. And right now, there was nothing else that Mauve wanted than to shake her head and laugh it off with Carsten, knowing that this had to be another joke of his. After all, how many times had he teased her on and on about her seeming innocence?
Mauve watched him as he stood there at a loss for words. It was the first time she had ever heard him stutter. If this had been any other day, if they weren't in this problem, Mauve would have laughed."... Are you, um... Are you okay?"Mauve's heart sank at his question and she racked her brain to come up with an answer that wouldn't seem awkward. They were best friends, for God's sake. Best friends weren't supposed to stutter and feel awkward around each other.
"I... I don't know... ," Mauve lamely replied, shrugging. "I honestly don't know... "
{Sorry for this reply to come so late! x.x Exams, ugh, haha.}

Carsten wanted to say no, so badly. He wished that he could say something like ‘Of course not! That’d be crazy. We just fell asleep without our clothes on. You know, the usual’. And although Carsten was usually perfectly content to lie his way out of situations, he knew he couldn’t in this situation. She deserved better than that.
“Yeah, I, um, I think we did,” he said, almost to himself. It was like he was trying to confirm it with himself. “I don’t remember much of last night.” He came to the party last night with every intention to get completely hammered. It had been a fairly stressful week, and drinking was a good outlet for it all. Carsten’s grades have been nothing special lately which is threatening his spot on the soccer team. Rather than attempt to study a little more or even do his homework every now and then, Carsten takes matters into his own hands by drinking until he can’t remember anything. Mission accomplished, but the night did not turn out how he had planned.
He listened as she told him that she didn’t know. It was times like this he wished he was more of a comforting person, but he just really wasn’t. Carsten is the kind of guy to just laugh things off or ignore problems altogether, not sit with someone and talk it all through. That probably isn’t the best way to deal with problems, but that’s how Carsten has been doing it for practically his whole life now. Works better than one might think.
“What do we do now?” He decided to just come out and ask. Mauve would know, she’s good at logical thinking and all of that, which is basically all of the things Carsten isn’t good at.
He ran a hand through his messy hair, his headache not showing any signs of subsiding. Not to mention, dealing with this situation and trying to think things through wasn’t helping his pounding headache.
“I can drive you home if you need me to,” he eventually said, a small subject change. Carsten hasn’t checked his phone yet but he’s sure that his mum has blown up his phone.
Oh, the joy.
((Sorry this is so late! School has been such an asshole. And ahhh... you lucky butt. x.x))
Mauve rubbed at her temple, still clutching the sheets to her body. Much of what happened yesterday had seemed like a blur. All she remembered was the short scratches of her coming to the party with Carsten and reluctantly accepting a can of beer once they got there. Her head pounded at the mere thought; not only did she just have sex with her best friend but she also consumed alcohol. God was she going to be screwed once she got home.
"I... I don't know... " Her words came out in a halting stutter. All those times when she'd be cooped up in her room and studying ahead, none of the information which she had absorbed seemed to be of aid right now. There were no formulas to aid her in the problem of coming out to her parents and telling them of her ordeal, no book that she had been assigned by the school curriculum to help her get the stale taste of beer out of her mouth. Out of a desperate way to break the tension, Mauve considered writing a persuasive essay to help her convince her parents that she wasn't rebelling like Maureen had. She was still the same obedient little girl, only having screwed up majorly this time.
Mauve looked up, grateful for the small change of subject he offered. Never in their lives of having known each other had they shared an awkward silence. Another first. "Y-Yeah... that'd be... that'd be great." Her voice came out soft yet hoarse. The thought of her parents made her want to cry. How mad were they going to be?
"C-Can... I'm... I'm going to p-put my... c-clothes on... " She eyed the articles of clothing that had been strewn across the room at various corners.
Guess why they called it a wild night, huh?

"I don't know, either," Carsten said, which is quite a common thing to hear coming from him. That drives his mother's boyfriend absolutely insane, and that explains why Carsten's older brother by two years, Jack, is the favorite Tommo child. Jack is the "perfect" child. He still drinks, gets high, and sleeps around, but Jack is naturally a brilliant mind. He's the kind of person who reads something once and then understands it, that little talent of his earned him valedictorian of his year. Not to mention sports come easily to him as well. He had a chance to be a pro football, as in soccer, player, while Carsten only has a chance at college football. But a car accident Jack's senior year screwed his back up to the point he can't play football anymore, ending his chances of having a career. Despite that, Jack would probably know how to handle this situation better than Carsten.
Carsten nodded as she agreed to him driving her home. Maybe in the car things would become normal between them again, at least that's what Carsten hoped anyway.
"Yeah, sure," he said. And then he realized she was implying that she didn't want him to watch her out her clothes back on. "Oh! Yeah, sorry. I'll just turn around." Carsten turned around a moment later, giving Mauve her privacy. To pass the time he made sure his phone, wallet, and keys were still in his pocket. He took his cracked iPhone 5 out of his pocket, turning it on to find that he had 7 text messages, 13 missed calls, and 4 voicemails.
Now, you may being thinking, 'wow, he's so popular' but in reality, 4 of the text messages and all of the calls/voicemails were from his mum. He was going to be in some deep shit when he gets home. Unfortunately Carsten didn't give a crap. His mother was worried about him? Good, the bitch deserved it.
