SOLVED. looking for book series about king arthur, but set in present [s]

This is a series of 3 books I believe, written by a man and a woman. One of the books has a name similar to "the forgotten king" or "the lost king", something along those lines. I read them during 2004-2008, but I'm not sure when they were actually published.
Arthur is a little boy living in New York, and mysterious things start happening around him. There's a cop, who is really one of his knights reincarnated, who keeps bumping into him, and Merlin is there as well, but he remembers who he is. There's a blind little girl in them as well, and then the remaining knights of the round table end up getting hurtled through time to the present to keep young Arthur safe. They drive motorcycles because they're the closest things to horses they could find :)
