I'm sorry, Jayme. This doesn't qualify for 20.9 as the time frame cannot be fixed. I'm not sure when it takes place, but it could easily have been earlier than 1904.

In this case, I was not able to see birthdays for Walter Hunt or Chuck Gannon both who appear to have stories included in this anthology. For more information about anthologies, you can see our FAQs.
