Seems similar to "Decision Points" by GW Bush.

I cannot even began to compare "Decision Point" and "Hard Choices".

There seems to be a few places where Ms. Clinton might have embellished some of her role in worldwide diplomacy. However, it seems very apparent from the advances in our status world wide and the lessening of actual war on several fronts, that she and President Obama have done a very good job and have made many gains over the failed statecraft of W. Bush and Condi Rice. After 8 years of the "You're either with us or against us," and labeling some nations as "Axes of Evil" policies of Bush and Rice, our worldwide stature and importance had greatly diminished, Clinton and Obama have made great strides in bringing us back again into a larger role in worldwide conflicts and events.

Whether or not you appreciate what Clinton and Obama have done, this is an excellent look into the world of statecraft at it's highest levels in the world arena. The book covers the areas of crises in Asia, Middle East, North Africa and the issues of women and LGBT rights during her term as Secretary of State. An excellent insight into how to utilize the 'Carrot and Stick' approach to ststecraft also so apply described in a book by Dennis Ross named 'Statecraft: How to Restore America's Standing in the World". She even names him in several instances.

However small differences that I might have with Ms. Clinton in political matters, I highly recommend this book to anyone that would like to learn a little about her and a great deal about world wide politics, diplomacy and world events from behind the scenes.
