@Evan oh okay. But here's not the place to discuss it really. For example, I haven't read it yet, so I can't exactly discuss it with you

@Evan I've actually started it but didn't get through it, but I'm trying it again at some point. But Cinthia said you've been on the discussion thread already, so that's the perfect place for chatting about the book! :)
@Evan I'm still in mobile so I can't link you, but if you search the group for February Challenge, you should be able to find he explanation post :) it has the monthly rules and general rules, which will help you understand the challenge. In addition, you can sign up for a team there
Happy weekend girls! Have any of you read The Shadow Queen? I just started it, it is a group read for another group, it also has food on the cover and I need that for a different challenge, not sure about it though, but I will muscle through :-)
Can't say that I have but I have read good reviews for it. I hope you enjoy it.
I am almost done with this work week and I'll be able to read like a mad woman starting Monday. So I'm hoping to catch up on the ones I've fallen behind.
You guys have a great weekend too! :)

I've got tons of packing (moving soon) to do today, but I'm hoping to read some of my currently reading books, and finish them Sunday :) Should be back with reading a lot soon, haven't been feeling well lately
It's only about 20 minutes away, so not far :) my family has just been trying to move closer to their work for a while and it's finally happening now xD My college move is happening in a few months, so two moves pretty quickly after each other ;(
I was able to finish
at work last night. I am still working on Heartless, I am not as invested as I thought I'd be in that story. I have never been a fan of Alice in Wonderland or many of its retellings or any stories that have to do with it. I just LOVED the cover!

Hey guys I'm back! I haven't been able to read anything new, but the book I was reading before I left is done, so I'm going to write the review for it, and I have some buddy reads coming up soon!
Welcome back. I hope you enjoyed your trip.
I am also back. I am done with work for this week so I plan on using This weekend to catch up with the BRs I'm behind on. I have to still finish Heartless. Ugh. I am making myself cuz I bought it instead of renting it. I had such expectations but I should've known better.
I have a few buddy reads coming up as well, I should finish another book today that has over 500 pages :-)
I'm so bummed about that, I don't even want to try it, I loved the Lunar chronicles, maybe someday I will give it a shot
I think it's just me. I am not an Alice in wonderland or it's branches fan.
Cami there is a 512 pg edition of three crowns. I only say it cuz I'm going to read this one soon.
I found it interesting when I started it, but I put it down and couldn't get back into it when I tried reading it again later. But I'll definitely finish it at some point
How is everybody doing?I should have a couple reviews to post tomorrow, then I'm going to start on a couple buddy reads I have scheduled :-)
I'm getting a tad behind in BRs ): I started King's Cage to hopefully get me back into reading more though!
Sorry guys. I didn't read as I had planned to this past 2 days. I'm trying to get some head start now.
Currently reading scarlet. I'm hoping to have it done today and then I'll read cress, have at least half of it done today.
Love those books, no worries, there are some people on fire on that team Angel, so don't kill yourself :-)
Yeah. I agree. Some of those readers are on fire!!!
Not lately xD I've been super stalled these past few days, the slow pacing of Scythe killed me there for a bit. But I hope I am actually picking things back up now!
Lol. True. I had set myself a goal of reading 20 books this month. I'm halfway there. I've picked up a couple read maybe 20-25% of them and had to drop them cuz I can't get into them. I am now reading the breathing series and I'm getting into it. I'm on book one and hating/loving it. I hate it cuz it's an abuse story but I'm loving it cuz I like that there is some light at the end of the tunnel.
I have not read that yet, on my very large list of things to eventually read :-)I'm about to finish my book, then I need to read a book for my book club that is supershort, then I will pick up a buddy read, 20 is about what I hit every month, sometimes a bit more, but pretty consistently about that :-)
But in a challenge I am in in a different group, there is a girl that has read 150 books already this month???I always preferred to believe that people don't fabricate some of these things, but that is really slightly hard to believe ;-)
150 books a month??? That is crazy unbelievable.
Finally getting back into reading, and it's refreshing! Had to push back my plan thanks to moving, but I've got a completely free weekend that I hope to finish atleast a few books in!
Also currently reading Hamlet, and I think my copy had a 600+ page edition, so once I finish that book for school I'll post the updates!
I finally finished Heartless. I will also have this weekend off so I should have some more reading done. I got two reviews I gotta post, but I won't be able to until this weekend.
Hey guys, I'm going to finish 2 buddy reads worth about 20 points soon cuz I'm going to a party, but I'll start again tomorrow!
I'm about to post a bunch of reviews. My internet has been out. I'm at the library so I can get some of them done.
I'm gonna try to add my books in the review page today. I should have the last breathing done in a couple of hours. They were actually good. Not great but good, kept me wanting to know what else would happen.
Anyways. 4 out of my 5 books are BRs so that should be at least 40 points. :)

My plan for tonight is to finally finish King's Cage, and write my reviews tomorrow :) then I've got Scythe to finish and a few other BRs over the weekend!
Cynthia, you are in California as well, is it raining like crazy where you are??? Is the drought not over yet???
It's raining but not enough. It rained half a day today. Drought is not over yet :(
It has rained down here in Southern California Way more than usual, like 10 times what it usually does, quite honestly I'm sick of it.... but, yes the drought is not over, I think we will need several years of rain like this before that happens, it is nice having everything so green though... although Californians have a tough time driving in the rain :-)
Well I just found out that King's Cage isn't the last book in the series apparently xD totally thought it was a trilogy and I was so mad at the ending there. Except now I'm even more upset that I have to wait a year for this whole ending to be resolved :( On the bright side, I finally finished it though!
