Two sisters who were very different, one always got in trouble, the other was very nice. They lived with their parents who weren't home much. A new family moved in next door with a boy around the same age as the sisters. One of them quickly falls in love with him, the other one does later on I believe. The boy has a secret which is later on revealed by one of the sisters as she breaks into his house/room and finds a tape or movie that he recorded. At the end there is a very big plot twist. I read this book in 2014/15 and it came out in the same year or 1-2 years before that. On the cover of the book there were two girls, one was upside down with her hands stretched over her and the other was doing the same thing but right side up.
