SOLVED. A children's book about a little girl stealing stuff from her family members [s]

Hello,

I've been tryiing to remember the name of a beloved children's book from my childhood. It's so special for me because while translating it to Turkish, publishers gave one of the characters my name cuz she looked just like me.

It was about a family with three kids. One day everyone starts losing things, one of them loses his socks, other hair clips and etc. And there was a little girl with a red 3-wheel bike, she was the youngest daughter, wore overalls and had a bob. She would go around the house and ask everyone one by one if they lost anything. And as I remember, I guess she was the one who took everyones things...

This book published in Turkey in 93-94 and I guess it's original publishing date must be close to these years..

I know it's not much but I've been searching for this book for 15 years and it's really important for me..

It was a picture book. And it had bright drawings of the family house and the characters inside.
