Rob Ross | 1 comments I just read Neil Postman's The End of Education which proposes that we need common inspiring reasons for teaching and learning. Raif Esquith's Teach Like Your Hair's on Fire deals with this as well. I'm so interested in this philosophical side of teaching that gets drowned out by methodological discussions that I've started a blog.The End of Education Redefining the Value of SchoolTeach Like Your Hair's on Fire The Methods and Madness Inside Room 56

Tahlia Newland (tahlian) | 4 comments Reasons for teaching are easier to find than reasons for learning. If that weren't the case, we wouldn't have so much trouble getting kids to want to learn.
