ABANDONED. Romantic suspense series where woman in white appears to show danger

Several books in series which takes place in town near the ocean and a federal prison. In one book the warden is murdered. One female lead is a chef at an old house where a woman in white is seen as a harbinger of danger. There is a fire at the house in one episode and another female lead is trapped in the basement. One story has a male lead named "Grey" who works at the prison, his female lead is described as somewhat of a pin-up girl. He has a dog that almost gets poisoned.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
