Adding Books from the Library for the blind and Learning Ally

Hi, I'm blind, and get many of my books from th Library for the blind and Learning Ally. It would be awesome if we could add those editions to the our shelves, and we could link our shelves from those sources to our book reading shelf so as to enable rating. For example, I have Inheritance but it's a different narrator than Audible uses.

If these are distinct editions (not just editions from other sources redistributed), then adding them as editions to the Goodreads database is fine, including with the narrator specific to your edition. Librarians are happy to assist with adding them if you provide the necessary details.

I'm not understanding what you mean about linking your shelves on other sites to your Goodreads shelves, but it sounds like it would be outside the abilities of what Goodreads Librarians (who are volunteers) could assist you with. You might try using the Contact Us link on the Help page for requests to change site functionality.
