Alger Smythe-Hopkins | 2 comments The ISBN 0671823361 is misattributed to the title "Surprise in the Mailbox". It is correctly attributed to a 1960 Pocket Books edition of Agatha Christie's "Ordeal by Innocence" "Ordeal by Innocence"

Unfortunately, sometimes publishers reuse ISBNs. In such cases, we create the second variety of alternate-cover editions: http://www.goodreads.com/help/show/85...

Alger Smythe-Hopkins | 2 comments Understood, but that does not seem to be the case here. The Goodreads record for that ISBN is a recently added incomplete book record: Surprise in the Mailbox that appears to duplicate a fuller record here: A Surprise in the Mailbox.

Also ISBN searches of libraries and online databases only return the Christie novel.
