I work with YA Fantasy authors, and I can provide quick turnaround times if needed. (I just did one of those for one of my clients, in fact. The author in question is fantasy author Kate Danley, and the novel of hers in question is "Maggie Goes Medieval".)
My Facebook business page is at https://www.facebook.com/heldeditings... and my business e-mail is heldediting@gmail.com
Would you be interested in a free proofreading sample? If so, feel free to drop me a line.
Thank you.

Hello Emily,
Congratulations on your publishing schedule for this year! That's a great schedule.
I have a number of long-term clients I work with and would be happy to offer my services and 10+years experience across fiction, non-fiction, business, and academic industries to your works. I prefer working with clients over extended periods of time and developing a professional relationship to help them become the best writers possible.
I can provide sample edits, resume, references, testimonials. I offer editorial reports with all my services and my prices are negotiable.
My goal is to help you become a writing wizard with the best possible book. As an author myself, I understand how important it is.
If you are interested, you may direct message me here or email agent@catherinemilos.com.

I have been a freelance editor for several years now for YA author Kelly Oram. She writes both contemporary and paranormal YA.
I also do copy edits and proofreads for fantasy author Melonie Purcell.
I would love to find out if we are a good match! Please feel free to contact me for a sample edit. If you like what you receive back, I hope we can build a working relationship.
My e-mail address is: literallyjen@gmail.com
You can also visit my website here.

I am a fully qualified copy editor and proofreader, having over eight years experience working with both publishers and authors alike on a variety of genres, including YA and fantasy. I am also a published author myself and so understand from this side how important editing and proofreading is.
I am always happy to provide references and my professional CV where required. I have worked with many authors on Goodreads who I am sure would be happy to provide a reference for you, as would the publishers I work for.
I always offer to edit the first 1500 words for free with no obligation. This allows you to see how I would work with your manuscript.
If you would like to discuss your novel further, then please do feel free to contact me, either via Goodreads, my direct email whitediamondedits[at]gmail.com, or through my website www.whitediamondedits.wordpress.com
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best wishes
Jacqui

I see you have comments from many qualified editors and I'd like to throw my had in the game.
I've been editing casually for years - that is to say I enjoy editing and proofreading as a hobby and would help out with friends' stories, fan-fictions, blog posts, and other various works.
As a full time college student with a full time job I decided to begin building a path to professional freelance editing so I have an option aside from my 9-5 job when I begin more advanced classes and, especially, for when I begin a doctoral program.
At this time I'm offering all services free of charge so I may gain experience and get my name out there. If you would like to work with me I am happy to begin our professional relationship with a pro bono arrangement with discussion for later compensation if you so choose to continue working with me.
Whoever you may work with I wish you all the best.
Kat

Didn't you write about this last year? From memory, your book had a lot of typos, you weren't happy with your editor, and you only had a small budget for proofreading. I don't recall seeing any replies from you in-thread, although you got sufficient interest.
Please, whatever you decide, do at least update your thread so people don't waste their time.
Many thanks.
Thanks for any help.
