SOLVED. YA book from 2000-2016 girl sees a ghost of a boy in the graveyard

I read the first chapter of the book as a simple but than i forgot about the book title.
The main character is a girl maybe 15-16 years old.
The girl's family are witches and she has a sister (maybe more) that is good in witchcraft or making spells (i can't remember but she is better than her). She and (maybe) her aunt goes to a graveyard where the souls of the next year's dead are passing. And somehow she stumble across of a boy in her age who wears a school uniform that belongs to a public school near but she can't stand them because they are rich and pompous. The boy's clothes are wet and he clearly drowned but she ask him his name and how he died. He answers. Than we read from a different view and of cours it's the boy. His car got a flat tire while he was going to school (this is on the next morning) and he calls his friend to come and help. He was at the graveyard (but didn't met the girl) because he is interested in ghost or something. He made a audio tape during the night and on the tape he can hear his own voice but the girl's voice isn't on the tape. He shows it to his friend and claims that he was silent the whole night and didn't hear a thing.
