It is later revealed that the man she is seeing is being set up to marry her sister. Her parents also reveal that they were the ones who got her the job. Distraught she leaves home looking for a fresh start. The man follows her to the airport where she convinces him to go with her. The girl's name is Amily i yhink.

No her name was Amily it was spelt like that. Probably like two years ago. Young adult maybe. Cant remember the cover.

Haven't been able to get into it, but this might be it. Her names Emily, and from what I've read, she's had to change her name because everyone smiles and pats her on the head when she asks for a job because of her well known & rich family. She's working in a piano bar and the family's about to visit, so she makes up a decorating excuse to stop them seeing her dump apartment.
