How to add an e-book?

Dear Librarians
Lately I added a newly published poetry collection to my books as an author, and I wanted to upload it as a pdf file to goodreads.
I've done similar things with some of my books before, but now the icon (Add E-Book) is gone!
Is there a way to upload it now?

This is not something librarians have access to, but it looks like it should be called "add preview":
