Added them all to the paperback edition.

If another librarian wishes to add them to other editions, be aware that Patrick Califia needs to be Patrick Califia-Rice, and that Lee Harrington has 5 spaces.

You don't! This is the only way you are kept separate from all the other authors named Lee Harrington. It's only for sorting purposes.
