Added Book Twice because Attributed to Wrong Author

I accidentally created this book twice because it attributes it to the wrong Luke Walker. The Luke Walker who wrote it is not in Goodreads, as this is his first book.

This is the other one: John Wycliffe: The Morning Star of the Reformation

The edition with no cover has been merged with this edition, which is now associated with the new author profile of “Luke^^^Walker” (with three spaces between first and last name to disambiguate).
