SOLVED. Historical where heroine is forced to fall pregnant. [s]

The heroine is married to an older man who can't bear children. She is forced to sleep with a kidnapped earl/duke. Whenever she is taken to the abandoned house where he is being kept they are both blindfolded. They don't see each other but eventually start talking to help ease their situation. She falls pregnant with twins and he gets released. After a few years he hears her voice and investigates and finds out he has a son and daughter.

This sounds like Prisoner of My Desire except her husband dies and it is her stepbrother that forces her to get raped by another man

Her elderly husband arranged the kidnapping and I think there was a guard in the house with them. The earl/duke was kidnapped while out riding and I seem to think he was their neighbor.
