Is anyone having trouble with responding to comments?

Recently, I had a slew of comments on my blog, but starting two days ago, I've been having trouble trying to reply to other people's comments on my blog because for some reason, the site won't let me reply to other people's comments. Has anyone been having this problem and how can we fix this?
