I'm looking for a book that I read maybe in 2014 or 15, in which the heroine suffers from panic attacks and is a bit of a hermit. Based in America or Canada I think. She has a large, young dog and is in an altercation with the hero caused by the dog outside a shop, maybe a coffee shop. She begins to have a panic attack and the hero kisses her to stop it. He goes on to buy her a series of puppy training/dog obedience sessions and uses his clout (he's a celebrity of some sort, maybe sportsman) to get her into the next class. He even takes the dog to the first session for her.
