Can't work out how to add a listed book to my profile

I'm really sorry - I'm obviously being a dork - but I can't work out how to add my new book to my Goodreads profile. When I go into the screen to add a book, it finds my book from the title, and a message says, "The book you are adding may already exist in our database. If it appears below, please use that edition instead of adding a new one."

What I don't understand is what I have to do next! What does "Please use that edition" actually mean? If I click the above message, it just takes me to the Goodreads listing for my new book, but I can't see a way of adding it to my profile from there. Yet I can't see any way on the "new book" page to add it from there either.

The new book is Deficit of Diligence, ASIN B01N0PRFV0.

Moved the book to your profile.

Don't feel bad. When one of your books is on Goodreads, but not on your profile, there is no way that you can fix that yourself. Only way is to ask here for a librarian to move it, like you did now.
