I tried to make all my lists without duplicates, which was kind of hard and Princess Bride was a BOM which is why I didn't count it. Simple as that. Last year I had books on more than one list and it was a chore to have to go to each list and write the same comments over and over.

That's a good book. I didn't care much for the second 2, though. Might have been my mood."
Thanks Jim, that's good to know. I'd not heard of it until I'd joined the FBC.

Oh, I see. I opted for the "let's dump all the books in a dedicated shelf" solution.

Yea, and the ending wasn't very good.

Finished Storms of Vengeance. Gets a 4 star. Great read but ending is like it ends in the middle of the book.
Finished Daughter of the Forest. Yes Helen, I have two more and I'm through with this challenge. Next year, I'll just do the Series Challenge but I want to be a lot more flexible with my choices. If a new book comes out that looks good, I won't feel so guilty if I read it.

Congrats on your progress, Tnkw01!

Thanks.
Thanks.

There are a few more but I believe I'm ready for other challenges and I'm moving on. A couple are not what I'd be interested in and I'm really wanting to be a lot more flexible with my reading next year. Like working on my TBR list and series'.

I'm finding I have to be very careful with what I pick up lately. The wrong book can turn me off to reading entirely. I'm still trying to find the desire again after one such derailment several months ago. Kudos for passing on things you know you won't care for.
I’ve found that this year too. I’m tending to ignore my books most of the week or get distracted.
Hope you don't mind but I'm continuing this discussion in the "what are you reading in October" thread.
