Please combine these books

I'm new to the librarian status and group (i.e. I don't know what I'm doing) and yesterday, I tried to add an edition to this book, but for some reason it came up as a new entry. The title and author are the same.

New: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

Can someone please combine or tell me how to combine them? I've looked at the manual but can't seem to figure out how to do it.

Hi Julia, you didn't do anything wrong. Newly added editions of books on Goodreads have to be combined with their other editions by librarians. Regular users don't have the permissions necessary to do so. I should also add that membership in the Goodreads Librarians Group is open to anyone, but joining this group does not mean you are automatically granted librarian privileges.
