I can not add My Escort Series books together

I can not add My Escort, My Exception and My Expectation together. They are in that order for the series. Also I have noticed it hasn't updated with their new covers. Can someone please assist me in having their covers and series updated please :)

Goodreads policy is to keep all published covers on the site, as users want to shelve the cover of the copy they have.
Instead, we add an alternate-cover edition.

Book 3 has the same cover as the one that is on Amazon. Combined the Kindle and the paperback edition.
The collection did not have a cover yet, added the cover from Amazon: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...

As the author, you have the ability to change which edition of the book is the default, which will come up in searches by title and show on your author profile.
How to set the default edition.
