Should we add a claiming system for spirit beasts?

I'm up for either way. So what do you think? A claiming system so there won't be the same type of spirit controllers or no claiming system????

I think it would be cool, like on their birthdays, twelve year olds would go to a claiming center and get claimed by a magical creature based on compatability. Each magical creature is different, and no one has the same creature. On the rare occasion that a twelve year old isn't claimed, the go on a "quest" to find the right animal. Thoughts?
