Trying to find the title of a book I saw but didn't buy

Hi,
This year at comic con in Birmingham there was a stall selling a variety of books and board games. A pile of books caught my eye.

It was a hard back book with a simple illustration of a street of a small town, and maybe something over head in the sky? I think the colouring was maybe pastel purple/ blue and silver writing. Usually I take a photo of books I'm interested in if I can't buy them at the time.

The blurb described the book as being about a quiet suburban town with various strange goings on and towards the end of the blurb begins to describe a young protagonist. These editions looked very new.

Unfortunately that's all I have to go on. If anyone had any idea at all what book it could be please comment. Thank you.
