Author Jeff Erno has called attention upon the following book as one where a person has highjacked Jeff Erno's name. Even on Amazon, who have been notified.

Author names are not trademarked or copyrighted. If an author requires disambiguation, this group is the place to request it.

Looks like it has already been done for that book.
