It was originally announced that the sequel to Mighty Jack would be Miracle Molly, which is the one given in the "series."

However, it appears to be actually Mighty Jack and the Goblin King (which has been added twice: Mighty Jack and the Goblin King) based on Amazon describing it as the second book:

One was paperback and the other - hardcover edition. I combined them, removed "Miracle Molly" (it isn't mentioned as belonging to the series afaics: http://www.comicsbeat.com/interview-b...
