She should really excercise more.

"Sooooo not!" Deon said, going to the sixth floor.

((Ok... Sorry I need to ask a question. I have writer's block for Chapter 2. I keep writing drafts but none of them sound good. Help! :())

"Sorry! Can't hear you!" Sadra yelled before she mumbled, "I need to do this more often."

"Whatever." Deon called from the seventh floor. "We're going to the Tower."

"And how many floors do we need to go up before we reach the Tower?" Sadra asked from the fifth floor.

((Man, I don't know. . . You could always try it but I think it'd be a great idea! :D))

"28." Deon replied, glad that he was beating her. He was just kidding of course, but...you know... it is always nice to tease.

"Twenty eight stinkin' floors!" Sadra exclaimed. "That's it. I'm getting the big guns."

"I was kidding....Jeez! " he exclaimed "Sadra? " He asked when she didn't retort.

Sadra knelt down and flipped open her satchel flap. She dug into her bag and held out a shoulder length contraption. She pressed a button and it formed two wings at it's side while a book to hold on to at the bottom. The wings flickered with movement and hovered in the air. Sadra pressed another button with arrow pointing up and snatched her bag as the gadget flew up in the air.
She grabbed the hook before it was far out of reach.

She was getting the best of him and he knew it. He smiled smugly and pushed a button to his left. There was a space behind here that looked like an elevator shaft. He stepped in and put his feet in the straps. Then pulling another set of straps over his shoulders and flipped the on switch. She wouldn't catch up to him. He turned the engine on and rocketed up the shaft.

Sadra sighed as the craft slowly but surely, reached the top. Hopefully she was at the same level as Deon or the Tower.
"Deon!" She yelled.

"Yes?" he called from below." You know, my room is down here...in the tower" he said smirking. He had known she would think the top floor was the tower but no.


((Have you read the Lemoncello's library or Rooftoppers? Those are just two options for making a group.))

"Oh you have got to be joking," Sadra mumbled as she pressed but bottom arrow, descending towards Deon. She yelled, "Yoi could've said it was down a bit more!"

He smiled. "And what would be the fun in that?" He gave her a mischievous grin. "By the way, you're gonna crash into the post... and that statue...." he continued mentoring her about her flight.

"I'm sorry what?" Sadra cupped her ear but she was too late.
She tumbled on a post like thing and came crashing to the floor. Struggling to stand up and clutching her head, she mumbled, "Idiot."

He laughed. "Perhaps you should practice a bit more." he said.

"Oh trust me, I have," Sadra said, now finally standing on her feet. "If you weren't standing there, staring, I would've made a smooth landing."
She blushed slightly and picked up her stachel and gadget. It folded back into a cube and tucked it into her bag.

"You know if you take that long every time, I might as well move my lab to Ravagog. " Deon teased. He showed her how he came up.

"Ha ha," Sadra grumbled. "Very funny."

((Ummmm, definitely KOTLC, Adventurers Wanted, Ranger's Apprentice, Longbow Girl, and Harry Potter.))

He grinned. "Now let me show you...the lab." he said, now in tour-guide mode.

"You almost made it sound scary," Sadra pinched her fingers together. "Almost."

((Well I definitely recommend all those other books that I put there. Ummm, you thinking of making a book club still?))

He grinned even wider. He showed the way which included crawling through an air duct, climbing up another flight of stairs and sliding down a pole...and don't forget the full body scan until they finally made it to the lab.

((Yup! Or maybe another type of club... maybe with roleplaying?))

"Okay, your entrance to the lab is definitely cooler than mine," Sadra admitted, following him.

"You are very welcome and if I were you, which I'm not, I would rub it in and be all smug about having a cool entrance," Sadra said, whistling.

((Hmm. Maybe people could make their own roleplays and we don't have a story involved. So people just make whatever they want. But that may become messy. . .))

"I won't." Deon promised and went through the door leading to the lab.

((Yeah....how about we make a highschool and it could be the lives of the students we roleplay))

"Well, looks like you're a Mister Goody Goody," Sadra said sarcastically.
