This month I am finishing up Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenixfor a Harry Potter read-along that I am participating in.

I also want to read 84, Charing Cross Road because I adore letter writing and have wanted to read this book FOREVER and I just never get around to it. It's short one, so I ought to be able to read it along side HP.

Finally, I am listening to the audio book version of Animal, Vegetable, Miracle: A Year of Food Life which I read when it was published years ago, but which I wanted to revisit. Kingsolver reads her own audio books and she has a delightful reading voice.

Kensie | 1 comments Currently, I'm reading "Pride and Prejudice" by Jane Austen which i have been working on for about a year now because homework is unforgiving. I am also reading "How to Read Lit Like a Professor" by Thomas C. Foster, "The Truth About Forever" by Sarah Dessen, and "The body Project: an Intimate History of American Girls" by Joan Jacobs Brumberg. Perhaps homework isn't the only reason I haven't finished PaP...?

Amanda Brandt Currently reading The Diabolic by S.J. Kincaid. It's a Sci-Fi adventure with lab-grown humans. I'm about half-way through and so far it's an interesting look at humanity and political corruption of course.

I'm also reading an ARC of the Book Jumper by Mechthild Gläser. This one centers on a teenage girl who learns it's her birthright to jump into stories and take care of them.

And I'm just about to finish up the audio book of The Dream Thieves by Maggie Stiefvater which is the second book in The Raven Cycle series. Will Patton's reading is fabulous and it is a well written story about friendships and psychic occurrences and the search for an ancient Welsh king.
