Lei Johansson Fiction. One brother was kind to this particular girl, other brother looked down on him because he wasn't brutal, one of the brothers, the one who lived(can't remember which one) then pretended to be the other brother. The Jewish girl or her granddaughter were investigating him as the government was looking to arrest those who served in the war several decades later, the brother pretending was discovered because the bloodtype on his tattoo didn't match the blood type on paper

Jessica | 31 comments Sounds extremely similar to The Storyteller by Jodi Picoult.
In the present, a the granddaughter meets an old man and slowly learns his story of being WWII. Can't remember if he reveals, or her grandmother reveals, or both and you realize it's the same story, of what happened during the war. But in the past, there were 2 Nazi brothers, one was kind, one was not; later you realize the meaner one took on the identify of the nice one and lived to an old age. The present day granddaughter is at odds with what to do once she realizes. What I don't remember is anything having to do with them figuring it out based on a blood type or a tattoo. Other than that, it could be this book.

Solved requests are almost as important as unsolved requests (eg, so don't delete your info :D Otherwise it looks like this, which completely doesn't show how you generated *so* much interest for your book). The requests continue to exist in the archive, and people looking for your book end up on that page via search engine because of your description/keywords - which improves the whole world :)
