So later I will draw monsters

Then we focused on my "death inside" and how I havent been happy. She asked about gymnastics but I told her since we're on break right now, I feel even more BLLLAAARRRUUGGHHHH

She then went on about mental health stuff and we focused that session on what I like. She suggested I try to treat my self when I feel I've done something good or been happy all day, hence my trip to the mall today

She said she believes my sickness could be stress related, but my doctor tomorrow will tell me I guess

[NerdyJediGymnast]

Therapist basically wants me to take care of my self and "start fresh". I told her my plans for tomorrow and she said thats perfect

"Go get your hair done. Go shopping. Eat junk and watch movies *we laugh*. Hang out with your friends and go outside! Start new and start fresh. Make tomorrow the start of a NEW Naimah...strive to be happy and block out the evil monsters"

I saw a Youtube video of someone writing on sticky notes and putting it on people with compliments. I did this today and wrote a bunch of "You're BEAUTIFUL" and put it on a group of girls at the mall

And a "You go MOM!" to a woman with 4 kids

And stuff like that

Day is going ok so far

And I plan to start fresh like my therapist said
