Bought a writing stories prompt book and new graphic tee
Also went to my therapist and told her how I felt
She asked to see the lists I wrote and when I showed her she said they were good and would help in the future. She made a couple copies really quick and kept them

Then she wanted me to draw monsters. I thought she was crazy and I told her Im not 8 (mentally, I am sometimes XD)
The monsters I should draw, she said should reflect the ones inside me

She said I have more than 2 monsters though and that I need to find them. Then label them and figure out whether to set them free, or lock them in me
