I have gymnastics practice today-FINALLY

We had a break and I've been DYING to go back to the gym

I REALLY need to...I cant wait to go back and tumble, do beam, vaulting...heck, even BARS looks good right now

So today was..........eh. I had gymnastics at freakin' 9am today...and woke up at 7:51am.


We get there, every girl is waiting in their cars in the parking lot, cause the gym is closed.... (-.-) So we wait for our coach to get there, and one of them show up 10 minutes later!.........only he didnt have a key.....then the coach with a key FINALLY shows up

It was a little annoying, like you told us to be there at 9am but you're not even there?.....Whatever

This first one is a dedication to Carrie Fisher a.k.a Princess Leia and tells the story of how I became a Star Wars lover:

So, when I was younger, I went downstairs to the living room to watch a movie (y'all remember VHS? Well, we had ALL the Disney Classics movies and freakin' Blues Clues on those...yeah, we're THAT family). When I got there, my dad and other sibs (at the time, there were 4 of us) were watching A New Hope. "Dad, I want to watch Cinderella," Me of the Past said. My dad looked at me with mocked awe. "This is Star Wars, Naimah! A classic!" "I dont like this," I complained. "You've never seen it! C'mon, come watch it, "he told me.

So Me from the Past climbed onto my dad's lap and watched the movie. I missed the beginning part and didn't understand what the heck they were talking about. I was so bored until I saw Princess Leia. "Whose that?" Me from the Past asked. "Princess Leia," my older sister told me. "She fights the galaxy." I was so engrossed by her since she was a princess. To me she was different: "Princesses dont have guns, guns are bad!" Me from the Past expressed (annoying I know)

"Well she does!" My sister said. "Shh!" my older brother said. I was slightly confused but ignored it. R2-D2 and C3-PO were funny to me I dont know why.

The "pew pew"gun sounds were so interesting that I slowly grew to like it. When it was over I was asking to watch the next one.

And that grew over time as my dad kept encouraging us to enjoy Star Wars

So, one summer, me and my fam were in North Carolina

We was on VACAY and stopped there to get some dinner. We were all walking down the sidewalk and it was so pretty and warm outside, the sun still high in the sky, birds chirping...you know, classic summer

I looked to my left scoping out the shops and saw my biggest celebrity crush on the face of this earth: CAM NEWTON!! I freaked out!!! I started screaming, "OMG!!! CAM NEWTON!!! I LOVE YOU!!! YOU'RE MY EVERYTHING!!!" (XD Im so dumb... :P)

NO JOKE! He turns, SMILES and waves at me....HOLY CRAP I KNOW!

He was across the street and I was screaming so loud. I blew him a kiss then broke away from my family, who stood in shock, and bolted across the street. I legit almost got hit by a cab XDXDXDXD. I got across the street and was like, "OMG!! CAM I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!" He laughed and said, "Love you too!" *faints*

He was like INTERESTED and was LISTENING!!!
