Today, gymnastics will be conditioning at the beginning of practice AND the end
I've gotten better at seated rope climb though. Thats when you sit in a pike and pull yourself up and climb the rope without using your legs
If I ever become a mom, I will be like the best mom ever. I wont be crazy to my kids. Like, screaming and yellin at them everyday that they're screw ups and not enough isnt gonna work at all
