I was doing a Level 8 routine and EVERYTHING was perfect. Then on the high bar, I went into my cast hanstand and my grip slid off the bar and I fell off

I CRASHED and all you heard was, "HUH!" Gasps....then I said "Ow" My chest hurt a little and my coach was there (Thank GOD he caught my arm or I be dead) My neck didnt hurt...nothing did...I was just MAD at myself

My coach was trying to tell me to go lie down, but I ignored him. I got on the bars, while I was still crying and finished that routine. Then I did 1 more for clarity. Afterwards he told me I was really tough :D
