So, I metioned before how I needed a Mal costume for gymnastics

Basically, the team girls (Level 6 and up) have unique floor music based on our personalities. Some are from movies and shows or whatever

We have to dress up as a character based of what the music represents or reminds you of

Example: One of my friend's music is light and classical and she's going to be Tinker Bell

My music is "Rotten to the Core" so Im a character from Descendants

Originally, I said I would be Mal, but I just realized, her costume design is WAY too complicated

I dont want to spend $30 dollars on a costume, so I'm doing a DIY

I've decided to be Evie, since hers is easier and I have almost everything to make her outfit

In my early years, my mom made my first ice skating outfit. Its gotten a little small and I dont ice-skate anymore, so Im using the blue skirt and a black sequin skirt she made for me for another ice skating thing.

I cut the black one so it would look ragged and "evil rebel" like. I put on the black skirt then the blue one over it. The blue is shorter than the black, so the black one hangs out underneath making it look layered.

I have a black leather jacket so I'm going to get some gold glitter sticker foam, cut out her crown logo and put it on the back like HER jacket. Then I'll stick some gold glitter and red glitter hearts and crowns ont the skirt
