I possibly should have made this third section go all the way to the end, but this seemed like a good divide point because there were things I wanted to discuss like.... what in the world is going on with this planet. Old trees? Terraforming? And people who are not being actively watchful?

And then the orders to attack and destroy the shrikes vs. just scouting. Ding ding - Sgt Fallon was right on.
