I never actually read this book. Just the back of it. I normally take photos of the backs of books I want to read but MY PHONE LOST ALL OF IT'S PHOTOS!! (I'm devastated, honestly, I had so many books).

Look, all I remember is that this book was about a guy who wasn't gay, but he fell in love with one guy and I think they got married (can't remember) and they had a child together. The husband dies unexpectedly (I feel like it was in a car accident) and he finds comfort in this woman who had a past filled with abuse, if I remember correctly. I think the blurb described her as fragile, or like butterflies wings... Or maybe there was just a picture of a butterfly on the cover, but don't quote me on that.

I also think that the kid disapproves of the new woman, but again, don't quote me.

It was probably in 2013/14 when I first saw this book jacket, so I have no big massive memories. Just a rough idea.

Does any of this sound vaguely familiar to anyone?
