You could try the Dark Elements trilogy by Jennifer L. Armentrout. The first book is called White Hot Kiss.

Sounds like a Hades and Persephone retelling. You can try checking out Sam's channel on YouTube called Thoughts on Tomes. I'm pretty sure she has a video about her favorite retellings because she loves Hades and Persephone.

I thought about exactly the same. I think this fits the most to your description.

I once read this is also a Hades/Persephone story but for adults. So with erotical stuff going on.

This one (goddess of spring) is really good! I've read it, and it has some more adult scenes, but the story is good :)

I also recommend the Existence trilogy by Abbi Glines.... It's about a girl who falls in love with death :)
