I almost bought something by him while I was at a bookstore but didn't because I had so many other things that I had been looking at.

I'm getting some other books read this week since I don't have this author. I am hoping to finish Replica, Crown's Game, Stalking Jack the Ripper, and like two or three other books.

I love Patrick Ness. I've read almost all of his books. The only one listed that I haven't read is More Than This and I won't have time this week but I think I'm going to try to get it in this year. Has anyone seen A Monster Calls the movie? I haven't yet but I'm excited to.

I want to take Dakota to see it, he is a huge Patrick Ness Fan. I am going to try and read again The Knife of Never Letting go. I have read a Monster's Call and love it, but I couldn't get into that book so I will attempt it again since it is Dakota's favorite series.

Wendy (wmaresca) OMG I just finished A Monster Calls, There are just know words. Such a good book. Although I cried thru the last 50 pages I think. Ugh. So many meaningful things and just such great book for anyone struggling with sickness and worrying about loss. Definitely a 5 star read for me.

So I finished The Knife of Never Letting Go last night, I know it was a little late but I really enjoyed this time around, I think it was definitely my mood the first time I read it, but I am glad I enjoyed and I can tell my son I read it and will read the other two. He was the one who got me to read the first time.

It's okay better late than never. lol, I think as long as they get done during the month is what I'm really aiming for. lol

Christina (cmb1987) Finished The Ask and the Answer yesterday. Ran late finishing. I really enjoyed this book. I liked the first book okay but this one really had me interested. The way the author writes in these books always takes me a second to get used to at the beginning of them but it seemed to pick up easier this time. This book also has truly despicable bad guys which is always fun to hate.
