Over 2016 it was nice to see what books were everyone's favorites each month, so let's track that again. Just set yourself up a comment and come back to post a favorite read each month.

This is an awesome idea! Wish I'd seen it sooner. My favourite reads:
January - The Curse of the Wendigo by Rick Yancey
February - Redemption by Brandon Sanderson
[I'm cheating for March, because I cannot chose between these two!]
March - Inheritance by Christopher Paolini and The Monstrumologist by Rick Yancey
April -
So far my favorite read for April has been The Journals of Louisa May Alcott, also by Joel Myerson and a bunch of other editors. It was fascinating reading about her life and what she did even if it was just daily things and that time period. She also wrote the earnings she made on certain books and much different from what an author would probably make today! I wonder if she ever met LM Montgomery. In March I really enjoyed Saint Anything! In Feb I really liked Passenger by Alexandra Bracken and WARP book 3 by Eoin Colfer. In January I loved Sophia's War by Avi.
Yeah I think Louisa May Alcott and LM Montgomery would have gotten along. I can relate to Louisa in some ways while I was reading her journals. Was nice to read Saint Anything with you! Is Sarah Dessen's new book Once and For all out?
January: Red Queen by Victoria AveyardFebruary: A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness
March: Crown of Midnight by Sara J. Maas

I would love to see some of the favorites you guys have had over the last few months, so if you get a chance to update comment and let me know.
Your June and July reads are both ones that I want to try, Kylara. But YA isn't going well for me right now, so I'm going to wait to pick them up.
