I read it when I was younger, it makes you feel bad for captain hook and there's all these nannys looking for the children on boats and peterpan is really evil and kills people, a fire fairy is guiding the two(?) people through neverland and they're trying to return I think

I don't recognize these particular details, but an evil Peter Pan isn't all that uncommon. He's pretty creepy in the original book.

This is definitely Peter Pan In Scarlet.
Hook returns in disguise, starts grooming Peter into a mini-Hook. The fairy is called Fireflyer, and the nannies in boats are trying to bring the Lost Boys home.
