Haha, I'm thinking about my challenges of next year too!
Good luck to both of us though my challenges won't be that difficult or challenging as yours. I want to do something easy, maybe alternating books in my wishlist with new releases (I don't read a lot of these).

Feeling restless nowadays.. not reading much, not doing anything much. Hopefully I will turn over into my usual self within a couple of days. Till then, I am reading erratically.

Completed 150. My target done in the nick of the time.
It is my all time highest, though I have read quite a number of small books this year.
Next year planning to keep a much lower target of 50, as I want to tackle longer and difficult books.

Haha, I don't think you will be able to limit yourself to "only" 50 books. I'm sure you will do well also next year.

How do you read minds? I had the exact same target next year... tackling some tomes on physical shelves. Also realised in past couple of weeks that I enjoy books more when i read less :)

Regrets on this thread being an ill maintained one.. Have planned better for 2018.
Total score is 156 (possibly 158) - a much better count than I expected. Have read nearly 50000 pages .. and I guess I read a variety of authors and books. Not at all a bad reading year.
